"I’ve been a policyholder here for a couple years, and recently found out my renter’s insurance is being canceled because I submitted a claim last December. I understand this was an underwriting decision, but it’s left me pretty disappointed. Filing a claim is exactly what insurance is for, and it doesn’t feel right to lose coverage for using the policy as intended. It’s made me feel like this office only wants to hold onto customers who don’t actually need to use their insurance. I don’t think it’s the kind of practice I want to support going forward, so I’ll be looking elsewhere for coverage. Wanted to share my experience honestly in case it’s useful to others weighing their options"
